I understand what it’s like to carry the entire burden on your shoulders because I’ve been there. I was a nonprofit executive for thirty years and have co-owned a retail business for over twenty years.
I know what it’s like to worry about money, about your people, and about your own inadequacies (real or imagined).
I use a variety of proven tools and techniques to help people like you be more successful in your businesses and have more joy in your life.
Perhaps most valuable to my clients is that first, I listen.
A Listening Session is a complimentary, thirty-minute phone call or ZOOM meeting. During this time:
- I listen to your concerns, fears, and worries.
- We talk about what keeps you up at night.
- We discuss what you’ve already tried that did or didn’t work.
- We talk about your dreams and goals and what’s most important to you.
- Then we decide together if we want to go forward and work together.
Meet Laura Gamble
Someone once told me that I make things happen. That’s true. I love to strategize, plan, organize, and get things done. In fact, those are a few of the strengths that show up on every behavior or personality assessment that I’ve ever taken.
I started Redbud Advisory Group so that nonprofit CEO’s have someone who will listen, understand, and come alongside them to help them fulfill their missions and achieve their dreams.
I call it Redbud Advisory Group because I have a fantastic group of partners with whom I work. These individuals and companies provide great service to their clients and I trust them implicitly.
Here are just a few:
What people are saying
When I think of people who have impacted my professional and personal life in a positive way, Laura is at the very top of my list. She is an encourager but will shoot it to you straight. She is a goal-setter but loves to have fun along the way. She is a visionary but accepts people where they are. If you are wanting to hire a facilitator for a group planning or goal-setting meeting, if you need a coach to help you harness your strengths to reach a new level, or if you need a professional who has experienced the good, the bad and the ugly in the world of nonprofit management, I highly recommend Laura Gamble and Redbud Advisory Group.
I attended a Vision Board workshop that Laura facilitated, and she did a great job. The atmosphere she set for the event was warm, encouraging, and also professional. I recommend Laura to facilitate any kind of team-building or executive strategy event for your business group or management team. I've seen her in a variety of settings, and she always provides value.
I've worked with Laura both as a client, and as a member of her board. Regardless of our roles, she is extremely affable, easy to work with, and open to input. She's making a huge difference in the life of others, and I thoroughly enjoy working with her.
Laura is smart, hard-working, and a real pleasure to work with.
Redbud Advisory Group was critical in my journey to starting a non-profit. Having access to their lifetime of experience was invaluable in guiding my wife and I through this process. Where I am passionate about my own non-profit, I just did not want to deal with all the paperwork and RAG was eager to help me with this and make the experience as painless as possible. I highly recommend their services and if you are beginning your own non-profit journey you couldn't make a more valuable choice.
Laura has been wonderful to work with. She has offered me clarity, guidance, and support throughout our coaching sessions, and I can see significant changes in myself because of it. Truly grateful for the experience.
As a new business, Redbud Advisory Group helped us form our vision and enact it! They quickly became an invaluable asset and continue to advise and consult as we move forward into our second year of operation!
I highly recommend Redbud Advisory Group for any company looking for a person to lead Strategic Meetings as well as one-on-one coaching and consulting. Laura's vast knowledge and experience is sure to benefit any person or company that utilizes the services of Redbud Advisory Group.
She has worked with and led several strategic meetings for Boards of Directors with several companies I work with. And has made a huge difference in helping them develop and vision, direction and strategies to achieve those visions.
For myself, I especially love the Vision Board Workshops she provides. It is an opportunity to personally and visually map out your dreams and desires. The space provided in these workshops enable the participants to really explore and create a vision of what they would like to see happen in their lives. Having created a vision board, Laura Gamble is then able to work with many one- on-one to help accomplish or work towards making the personal visions a reality. It is an honor to work with and to continue working with Laura Gamble and Redbud Advisory Group.
I met Laura in the past year while attending a local training. I had heard she was someone I needed to meet, given her experience as a leader in the non-profit sector. Over the past several weeks Laura has met with me to provide coaching and feedback. Her insight has challenged me and allowed me to see the progress I am making to be a more competent and confident leader. She has also provided me a sounding board to discuss challenges, ideas, and wins I am seeing within my own organization. I appreciate her willingness to create an avenue for non-profit leaders to gain wisdom through her experiences and expertise. I gladly recommend her to other leaders looking to grow and become the best version of themselves.
I’ve known Laura for several years. She is one of the most loving and friendly people. Working with her to facilitate our couple’s vision boards was a wonderful experience. She and I provide the same visioning services and I would send my clients to her and know she would take excellent care of them.
